Established in 2008, Hire Humanity LLC’s focus is to help female solo entrepreneurs and small business owners to prosper in the maintenance and growth of heart-centered, passion-driven ventures that make a positive impact in the world. Our primary business offerings are in the area of social media marketing and customer relationship management through the many online technology applications available today.
We are part of a growing movement of social venture companies. The focus is “more than profit” with a commitment that in addition to being a profitable company we make an impact in significant social change. We are passionate about empowering women to breaking victim cycles of generational poverty and/or abuse through entrepreneurial education and giving them the tools to become self-employed. We do monetary donations to existing non-profits as well as the development of The Rising Butterfly Project.

Our organization is built on the belief that we succeed when our clients succeed. While we are in business for profit, what makes our work worthwhile is helping small business owners and solopreneurs bring their dreams to reality by providing them with the additional human resources needed to make their business grow.
Our team is headed by Megha Rodriguez and her team of self-employed individuals who understand the importance of a job well-done. While the employee-mindset is valuable in many aspects of business, we do not find it to be our strongest asset. In our opinion, employee tend to think paycheck to paycheck, but for small business owners that mentality can be detrimental. Our team is self-employed so that they are always focused on doing the best job that keeps the business relationship alive rather than making it to the next pay cycle.
